Registration & Fees
Registration fee includes participation in the conference (participation in all sessions of the conference, 3 days of events), the conference materials, the certificate of attendance, lunches and coffee breaks during the conference and gala dinner.
Registration fee does not include: accommodation and travel expenses, pre-conference and post-conference trips, informal social events, gala dinner for any accompanying persons.
Fees
Regular fee for authors and attendees: 300 EUR conference fee + 120 USD AIB membership fee (payable directly to AIB - link to be announced soon)
PhD Students: 250 EUR conference fee + 60 USD AIB membership fee (payable directly to AIB payable directly to AIB - link to be announced soon)
Earlybird discount: -50 EUR for registration before 31st July 2022.
Late registration additional fee: + 50 EUR for registrations done after 10th September 2022
Gala dinner for accompanying person: 50 EUR (additional cost)
There is an opportunity for only ONLINE PARTICIPATION and online presentation, in that case the fee is fixed to 100 EUR + AIB fee, but online participants have a restricted access to sessions and panels which is indicated in the conference program.

Information for AIB Membership payment (amount in USD): All participants of the 8th AIB-CEE Chapter Annual Conference must be a valid members of AIB, that means the membership fee must be paid (the status can be checked in the online system of AIB). AIB membership fee should be paid directly to the AIB .
The payment should be done with a bank card or advance payment invoice. There is no possibility for an invoice payment or payment at the site during the conference. Please notice that each participant should pay the fee individually and indicate the annotation.
To avoid inconveniences, please bring confirmation(s) of conference fee payments and AIB membership status (or freshly done AIB membership payments) to the registration desk of the conference.
